AI processing. AI-generated narratives are produced using Anthropic as our AI sub-processor. We send only anonymised market data to Anthropic — we do not send your personal data, account identity, or portfolio holdings to the AI provider. AI outputs are informational, generated automatically, and may be inaccurate; they are not personalised automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.

We may also disclose data to professional advisers, to a successor in a merger/acquisition, or where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Where recipients are outside the UK, we rely on UK GDPR transfer mechanisms — an adequacy decision where available, or the ICO's International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) / the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, plus a transfer risk assessment. 6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary: account data for the life of your account and [contact help@antraresearch.io] after closure; billing records for [contact help@antraresearch.io] to meet tax/accounting obligations; security logs for [contact help@antraresearch.io]. We then delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access; rectification; erasure; restriction; portability; objection (including to legitimate-interests processing and direct marketing); and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these, contact help@antraresearch.io. We respond within one month.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. Strictly necessary cookies (keeping you signed in, remembering your sidebar preference, and recording your cookie choice) are always set. Non-essential first-party analytics — used only to understand product usage, never sold or shared with third-party trackers or marketing platforms — are set only after you give consent via the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time.

9. Security

We use technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, and session tokens stored in secure, HttpOnly cookies. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the ICO of any qualifying breach as required.

10. Children

The Service is not directed at, and may not be used by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a revised date; material changes will be notified by email or in-app.
