1. Who we are and these terms

These Terms govern your use of antraresearch.io (the "Service"), operated by [contact help@antraresearch.io], registered in England and Wales (no. [contact help@antraresearch.io]), registered office [contact help@antraresearch.io] ("Antra", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Disclaimer and financial information

This is the core protective clause — keep it prominent.

2.1 The Service provides information, data, analytics and AI-generated commentary for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute, and must not be relied on as, investment advice, a personal recommendation, financial advice, tax or legal advice, or an offer, solicitation or inducement to buy, sell or hold any security or financial instrument.

2.2 Antra is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not provide regulated services. Nothing in the Service is a "personal recommendation" within the meaning of FCA rules.

2.3 No reliance. Any decision you make is your own. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should obtain independent advice from a suitably qualified, regulated financial adviser before acting.

2.4 AI-generated content may be inaccurate. Narratives, summaries, ratings, scores and signals are generated automatically (including by AI) and may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Ratings/scores are algorithmic outputs, not recommendations.

2.5 Market data. Data may be delayed, inaccurate, or sourced from third parties; we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. The value of investments can go down as well as up.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorised use.

4. Subscriptions, trials, billing and cancellation

4.1 Plans & price. Paid plans and prices are shown at checkout (currently [contact help@antraresearch.io]), in [contact help@antraresearch.io], [contact help@antraresearch.io] of VAT. We may change prices on renewal with prior notice.

4.2 Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms. We do not store full card details.

4.3 Free trials & consent to charge. Where a free trial is offered, we will tell you the trial length, when it ends, and the price you'll be charged after it. We will obtain your explicit consent to be charged when the trial converts to paid, and send a reminder before it ends and before each renewal, as required by UK subscription rules.

4.4 Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive [contact help@antraresearch.io] periods until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, easily, from [contact help@antraresearch.io]; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

4.5 14-day cooling-off (consumers). As a consumer you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract for a refund. However, if you ask us to start providing the Service immediately (during the cooling-off period) and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once fully performed, your right to cancel may be lost or refund reduced pro-rata for the value already supplied. We obtain this acknowledgement at checkout. Refunds due are paid within 14 days.

5. Acceptable use

You must not: misuse, scrape, reverse-engineer or resell the Service; circumvent access controls or rate limits; use it unlawfully; or redistribute our data/outputs except as permitted. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Service, its content, and analytics outputs. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own internal, non-commercial investment research. Third-party market data remains the property of its providers and is subject to [contact help@antraresearch.io].

7. Limitation of liability

7.1 Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. death/personal injury from negligence, fraud).

7.2 Subject to 7.1, we are not liable for any investment losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the Service or its outputs.

7.3 Subject to 7.1, our total aggregate liability arising out of the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of [contact help@antraresearch.io] or [contact help@antraresearch.io].

7.4 The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"; we exclude all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Consumers' statutory rights are unaffected.

9. Suspension, termination & changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and may update these Terms; material changes will be notified and, for consumers, will not apply retroactively to your detriment without notice. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (consumers may also have rights to bring claims in their local courts).
